No Drown in Water 1.2

Description:

- All as you know, in cs if you stay in water more then ~10 sec you will be damaged.
- Well, with this plugin you can stay in water all the time as you want

- sv_nodrown 1 - enable \ 0 - disable the plugin (default: 1)
